We get the behind the scenes of a producing company there. Country music going pop from Lil Nas X to Dolly Parton. Britpop! Festivals and the Brill Building are valuable pieces of pop music. Lastly, how music has played a role in impacting social justice. Powerful songs that tell the story of discrimination, injustice, racism and the marginalized. I enjoyed this series because I enjoy learning about music and the stories behind songs I’ve been listening to for years.
